Nelvard provides Investor Relations and capital markets communication advisory services to listed growth companies. The scope of services is defined in individual service agreements between Nelvard and each client.

2. Engagement

Services commence according to the terms agreed in the individual service agreement.

3. Confidentiality

Nelvard treats client information as confidential and does not share it with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

4. Payment Terms

Fees, invoicing schedule and payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Any limitation of liability is defined in the individual service agreement.

6. Disclaimer

Nelvard provides communication advisory services only. No content on this website should be relied on as legal, financial or regulatory advice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by Stockholm District Court.
